ILENE BLACKMAN

ILENE is one of Vermont Actors’ Repertory Theatre’s producing directors. She has been seen in ART’s A Christmas Carol (Ghost of Christmas Past), Cinderella Waltz (Mother McGee), The Odd Couple (Flo) and Sophie in Peter Shaffer’s White Liars. She played Cora in Mornings at Seven at Bennington’s Oldcastle Theatre. This spring she will be in the cast of The Rise and Rise of Daniel Rocket. As actor and dancer Ilene’s credits include Broadway, national tours, feature films, network soap operas and the concert stage.
PAUL BURROUGHS

SANDRA GARTNER

SANDRA GARTNER of Rutland serves as one of the producing directors of ART and is on the executive board of the Vermont Film Commission. She played Olive Madison in The Odd Couple, Sara Goode in The Sisters Rosensweig, Mrs. Webb in Our Town, and a Narrator and Spirit #1 in A Christmas Carol all with ART. She is coordinating this February’s reading of Ron Powers new play, Sam & Laura, and she will stage manage The Rise and Rise of Daniel Rocket. Sandra studied acting with William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman of the Atlantic Theatre Co. A freelance writer, she specializes in personal profiles of artists and also performs on television and in film.
EILEEN KOCH

EILEEN KOCH has appeared in several independent movies and on stage in Rutland as well as in NYC and summer stock. She is especially proud of being an instructor for the VSA program concentrating on self advocacy through theatre and being Artistic Director of the Rutland Figure Skating Club for 27 yrs. Eileen appeared the casts of Our Town and Twelve Angry Jurors with ART.
CHRISTOPHER LARSON

CHRISTOPHER LARSON is an attorney from Middletown Springs. He has appeared in ART’s productions of Our Town as the Stage Manager,Twelve Angry Jurors as Juror #8, A Christmas Carol as Fred and as Spirit #2, Cinderella Waltz as Prince Alf, and The Sisters Rosensweig as Tom. Last spring he was seen in the cast of Almost, Maine. This season he will appear in the staged reading of the new play, Sam and Laura. Chris serves as President of ART’s Board of Trustees.
DAN LOREE

DAN LOREE: started acting at Mill River Union High School where he fell in love with theatre. He appeared as Jigger in Carousel, Mr. Mushnick in Little Shop of Horrors, and in roles in April Fish, Ten Little Indians and Canned Hamlet. Dan played the village idiot in ART’s zany comedy, Cinderella Waltz and was a Narrator and also as Marley in A Christmas Carol. Dan played Frank in White Liars, Brindsley in Black Comedy and was in the cast of Twelve Angry Jurors.
BONNIE PRITCHARD

BONNIE PRITCHARD is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. She appeared with Actor’s Repertory as Mrs. Gibbs in Our Town, she twice played Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, and she was in the cast of Twelve Angry Jurors. She was in the cast of Rip Jackson’s Childen of Eden. Bonnie recently began this years tour of the Tony Award winning one-woman show, The Belle of Amherst, in which she plays Emily Dickinson. She has also appeared in commercials and local films. Her favorite role is as mother of her three children.
BRIDGET SCOTT

BRIDGET SCOTT: is a native of Richland, Indiana. She received her BA in English from Clemson University in SC. She has lived in Shrewsbury for five years and works at Spring Lake Ranch. She has been seen with ART in Our Town, as Murray the Cop in The Odd Couple, as Goneril in Cinderella Waltz, a juror in Twelve Angry Jurors and last season she appeared for a third year as a Narrator in A Christmas Carol. She also understudied and appeared in Almost, Maine. This spring she will appear in the cast of The Rise and Rise of Daniel Rocket.
TOM SMITH

Tom is on the science faculty at Fair Haven Union High School, and also owns Wonder Workshops, an e-commerce business. He has appeared in local productions throughout the years. Tom was in ART’s production of Cinderella Waltz and the Paramount Center’s Clue - The Musical. A core member of ART, he has twice played the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, co-directed “A Christmas Carol” last year, and is now opposing Mr. Scrooge in this year’s holiday courtroom drama. In this season’s The Trial of EbenezerScrooge he plays Solomon Rothschild.
ROY THOMAS

lives in Rutland with his wife and daughter. Roy works for the McDonalds Corp, and is a member of the Rutland City Board of Aldermen. He has appeared on stage in Moon over Buffalo, Out of Sight, Out of Murder and last year’s Vermont Actors’ Repertory Theatre productions of A Christmas Carol and Our Town. Roy has been in several films and studied acting under Jock McDonald. He and his family and friends adopted one of the city parks in memory of his son, Justin.
JUDI TOMPKINS

Along with her husband, Bob, Judi has been active in community theatre both back stage and on. When not serving as part of the technical crew, she is a core member of ART where her credits include Adam and Eve on a Ferry, Black Comedy, Cinderella Waltz and Almost, Maine. As a member of the Marble Valley Players, she was recently seen as Poppy in Noises Off as well as Cemetery Club and Beauty and the Beast. She was also in the films, Moonlight and Mistletoe and Lightning. In this season’s The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge she plays Christmas Past, Fan & Belle.
